Fishing has been red hot lately with lots of trout, redfish, and a few flounder being caught. We are focusing on areas between 2-4 feet of water with either grass or rocks as the primary structure. The best bait has been either live shrimp and a popping cork or 4" soft plastic paddle tails on 1/32 or 1/16 ounce jig heads. We have also started to catch a few fish in the early morning on top waters and are looking for the top water bite to become red hot as the Spring pattern further materializes. Some productive areas to focus on right now are the King Ranch Shoreline, Kennedy Shoreline, and Peneschal Point. Good luck and tight lines!
